YOUR church is working to change lives
Through the efforts of Executive Director, Rev. John U. Miller, and
other dedicated volunteers, the Council seeks to change the lives of
many men and women by providing resources to rebuild lives and avoid
the devastating effects of possible incarceration. The Council also
provides a prison ministry to inmates at regional facilities.
